We the people ... are Born Free!

    Hello everyone

Im so happy to have found this forum. I have so many questions before I plunge into my Ch7

Please be patient with me if i ask many dumb questions. I have much to learn ... and much to give as I learn

Thanks for your support. Thanks to the admin for running this site.

      Thanks for the warm welcome.

Question - there are so many forums/sub topics on here. How do i go about asking a series of questions that cross multiple topics? Example right now

      - i am being summoned and need to understand how to buy time to prep a C7 (answer, ignore)
      - im unemployed for long time (pandemic effects), so have no income...not sure if that makes it worse for me to file now
      - what banks in california are bk friendly (wont freeze it like my present one wells probably would)

In short, how do i best ask questions and get attention from others to get answers without spaming

If you're planning to file Chapter 7, just ask it in Before the Discharge - > Chapter 7.

So I would re-ask those questions in that forum area. This area is just for introductions and general talk.
