Whenever you have a procedural question, emphasis on procedural, always always always contact the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court's office. They will help you with procedural items and make sure that you conform to any local rule.

(I say this, because I think you are referring to a "local" rule.)

Filing pro se, just wanted to ask about the Courts Receipt of Creditor's. I have the matrix completed and in the correct format, but the Courts Receipt is what's confusing me
