Just wanted to introduce myself. I am terminal, I have cancer. I work 2 jobs, finishing my degree and caretaker to injured spouse( Veteran) trying to tie up some loose ends and set things up for my husband before my time is up. Capital One is the last thing I need to deal with and they are the bane of my existence. That's about it. Hoping for an end to this car issue.

From what I read, the attorney now wants the title to the car.
