I’m starting this thread to track large corporate bankruptcies and restructurings — including U.S. Chapter 11 filings and European administrations.
Whenever a company files, feel free to share:
- Company name + filing date
- Court docket or claims agent links (Kroll, Epiq, Stretto, PACER, etc.)
- Creditor lists or proof-of-claim documents
- Notes on turnover, debt size, or secured vs. unsecured creditors
It would be great to build an ongoing feed where we can analyze how different sectors handle insolvencies — who the major creditors are, how much debt is involved, and which institutions take the biggest hits.
I’ll also post recent filings I come across.
