Hello everyone, I just registered to learn about filing for Chapter 7 bankruptcy without an attorney. I've seen some different options, but it looks like some are better than others, so I'm hoping to get some suggestions.

Highly suggest that you obtain a guidebook such as Nolo's How to File for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy.
You may also want to check out UpSolve's website. I don't know what they charge.
I highly suggest finding out if there's a Free Clinic somewhere near you. Some law schools have a free clinic and most bankruptcy courts have some sort of Pro Se (pro bono) help.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

I am not your attorney. Any advice provided is not legal advice, but simply the musings of a fellow bankrupt.
