I need to add one that is special it is a CD that has Mel Torme, Dinah Shore and others but has the 1950 recording of Vaughn Monroe singing "Moon over Miami". It reminds me of Miami when used to come here in the 60's, it was so wonderful and beautiful.

Shinedown ( Bassboy knows why ) their songs and lyrics are sooo addictive.

Hmmm, I don't wish to reveal my heavy side too much, I could probably list some bands you guys have never heard of, lol But thats workout music and for times when I'm in the mood for some good gushes of adrenaline.

I love all kinds of music though, especially blues, so on with my other cd's:

Stevie (the guitar God) Ray Vaughan
                    Govt. Mule
                    Tinsley Ellis
                    Santana
                    Jimi Hendrix
                    Metallica (the older stuff)
Pantera (Dimebag Darrel R.I.P. my friend.....another guitar God)
                    Kenny Wayne Shepherd
                    Johnny Lang
                    The Black Crowes
                    Nickelback
                    Add N to X
Rob Zombie and his younger brother's band Powerman 5000

....and then some other misc. cd's I've burned from different bands. I love discovering unknowns.
This one guy has his own site and some of his songs are just too catchy: http://www.bradsucks.net/music/ (all songs are free) He kind of makes fun of himself.
He sings, writes, and plays every instrument and produces it all by himself (can you say drum machine BassBoy?.....lol, but it rocks ). I've been following him since 2003. That link takes you to his popular songs. #7 is my fav. Numbers 1 and 2 are great too.....be prepared to bounce your head along with the beat of #1

Well, since a have a rather large selection of artists, I made CD's of all my favorite tunes from each artist......so.......most of it is Hard Rock and Metal. I've got a few Pop tunes and Top 40 tunes as well.

Too many different artists to list.

My car cd player also plays mp3s burned to CD so it's nice to be able to put a complete discography on one cd.

                          Robivi3,

Boy do all those singers bring back memories......... even Dinah Shore and the Big Bands......

I have a great collection of old 45's, 78's, 33's....... with all the big bands, etc....... and still play them occassionally............. Have a nice collection of old 8 tracks also......... that I still play.........

Now we are telling our age.........................

Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jack Johnson, The Cars, and my all time favorite band--The Eagles!!!

We also listen to a lot of contemporary Christian music--Third Day, AudioAdrenaline, Chris Rice, Rich Mullins to name a few.

I love all kinds of music--classical, Big Band, rock n' roll, jazz, LOVE the blues. I don't like rap which I don't consider music anyway.
