lrprn, Senator Hillary voted for what her constituents (Big Banks, think Manhattan, the Donald, Chase, Citibank, etc.) wanted. That is actually what these representatives are supposed to be doing...I am left leaning also and hope Hillary does not get the nomination. What the H is a girl from Illinois who hit the White House via Arkansas doing as the Senator from NY anyway? She scares me.

Yep, I'm a happy camper and sure glad its basically all over..... for right now...

I'm doing my research on my trustee, and my attorney...... have learned a lot of little things that need to be "checked out" by a higher authority....

I'm not "thru" with these folks yet, I was "done dirty" by my mortgage company (which caused the problem), title company (who didn't do their job)then by my attorney (trying to cover his own A**) and then by the Trustee (who all he saw was dollar signs).........

Soooooooo, it's not OVER till the "FAT LADY SINGS" - and I'm the FAT LADY....

So next is to get all my ducks in a row, all my paperwork together, and contact the "right" people to look into all of this for me........ EVERYBODY has somebody that is over THEM....... and sometimes people take for granted they can do ANYTHING THEY WANT when they hold certain positions......
"Shady actions by gov. officials" is always questionable.... and they all have a BOSS.....

Fortunately, I have discovered two other cases in my neighborhood, handled by the same trustee, auctioneer, that are very interesting and are not exactly "legally above board"...... these I will have investiagated also..... Have discovered some "mighty shady deals" that took place instead of an auction concerning some other cases........ A lot of "buddy, buddy" stuff going on with the "good ole boys"...... and the outcome of those deals took money away from the Creditors they were supposed to be paying back...

So will keep you all posted as things progress........ I may not be able to do much...... but I'll sure "stir up a stink" all the way to the Attorney Generals Office in Washington..... He's the one that hires all these "officials" or should I say he's responsible for their actions.......

So hang in there and let me get the "ball" rollings and get it "tossed around" some................
