I found this forum last night while searching for support for our situation. I have been reading like crazy, and I'm so happy to be here. Thanks so much for being so kind as to answer my questions so well! I feel so much better knowing I have somewhere to go to vent and know that I will be understood.

We know that there were things we could have done to possibly prevent being in the situation we are in now. We also know we can't go back and change it, but are working to change and fix things from this time forward. We are looking very hard into filing Chaper 7. I feel horrible doing it, but realize if it worked out, I really think it would give us a fresh start, and allow us to better provide for our family.

I hope to get to know you all better, and hopefully not have to many questions for you all!!

This forum has been the saving grace for thousands of people who find themselves in a financial situation they never dreamed they would. It's wonderful to know there's one safe place to come to where people really do understand exactly what the bankruptcy experience feels like and how to survive it. My thanks go to everyone here who is willing to share their own experiences, allow venting on the worst days, and give emotional support when there's nowhere else to get it.
