    I am very concerned

I am attempting to file but I am concerned about all the online options. I need to do this as inexpensively as possible, but I also do not want to get hosed or taken for a ride. Does anyone have any feedback about any of the full service online companies? Your feedback would be great.
    Thank you

I'm not sure about the online companies but I think you really need to analyze what you have to lose. Do you own your own home or have property you'll be trying to exempt? You want to be very careful if you do and you might be more comfortable hiring a reputable attorney. It could be worth your money in the long run. However, if you have nothing to protect and your case is a no asset case with no complications then you could be ok filing yourself.

My hubby and I had nothing to lose as we decided to surrender our financed vehicle and we used non-exempt funds to purchase 2 vehicles under the exemption limit for cash. The only other thing of value is his 401K which is exempt anyways. So I bought a book and filed the BK7 for us.

shaebh, are you talking about virtual lawyer and/or paralegal groups who will work with you to file your bankruptcy in your state even though they are based out of your state? Or are you asking about the companies offering the required pre-filing credit counseling course that can be done online?
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
