      I don't see how it is possible to BK an insurance company because of the way the premiums are due. It is not like you can buy insurance now & pay later. Is that what you mean?

        I didn't say BK an insurance company, I said BK a company. Some banks also offer insurance.

            I must agree. Seems like they all do what they want when they want and the company makes no difference. I do wonder if it depends on certain underwriters see a BK & decide to drop while another underwriter with the same place keeps them on. Back to the personality/ethic thing with BK- just wondering.

            From what I have seen they all drop due to BK & they all appear to keep people after BK.
