Podcasts of great info found here?

I wonder if any of the moderators or regulars have considered building a series of podcasts (audio) that cover the basics that most people ask about, worry over, are uncertain about... I loved the interaction I got when I found the Forums and starting asking my questions, but a podcast would have been a great way to ponder all the questions and answers whilst driving to work, or working, or whatever.

So, have you guys thought about it? I'd be more than willing to help with the tech stuff...

Thanks for the idea, GUIN. However, if we did did something like that, the information recorded can go out of date very quickly. Also because portions of the bk law are interpreted differently between different areas of the country, there's no "one size fits all" in bankruptcy. Anything we recorded could be right for one person and wrong for another. That's why finding out how your local courts interpret the law is so important.

Something like that would be ok if it were done on a case by case basis. Just rattling off the law on tape or video would get boring & can never substitute for quality legal counsel or those with experience.

A judge judy doing bankrupt court? different from small claims & I think that would get on my nerves while going thru a BK. It might be ok if I was not going thru one due to the nature of the very long & extremely stressful process. That would be like listening to/watching Creature Feature with nightmares.
