IMO the only reason he should have been made to resign, should have been if he used tax payers money or if he wasn't doing the job he was elected to do. Spitzer seeing an escort was between him and his wife. I think America is way too uptight when it comes to sex. He isn't the first and won't be the last man to cheat on his wife or even pay for sex. And I bet that a few of those wanting him to resign are doing the exact same thing he was but hadn't gotten caught doing it.

I also think prostitution should made legal and then we wouldn't have to get our knickers in a bunch over who is seeing or not seeing escorts.

And the last time I checked, we have more important things going on in the world than a man cheating or paying for sex.

The answer to the entire thing is so easy. Men think about sex 95% of the time, women less so. He thought he would not get caught due to his position, power and authority and loved the power and control of it all. Yah. I picked up on all that right away. I have known a few people over the years who have his same type of personality (not saying prostitution) but the power control- I am above all attitude. I have never seen so many people come out so fast- so he created a lot of enemies along the way. This is not just about him sleeping with other women. The Feds are checking other possible stuff too, not just the original problems.

You are absolutely right. He busted brokers taking high profile clients to strip clubs. My husband said that guy must have been opposed to strip clubs because he thought they should have been taking to a "high class" brothel.

Okay, its a proven fact that "these girls" can make a hell of a living lying on their backs......... a lot more than working an 8-5 job. They can retire in a couple of years if their really good at what they do....

SOOOOOOOOOOO, if this is the way they want to make their living, let them pay taxes on it........................ After all the government agencies get their cuts, not counting the medical bills, etc. the girls will wish they had 9-5 jobs, and not 9pm to 5am either.

As I told one of my neices one time............you want to spread that *** around, I'll put out a red light and make a living off you. I told her NOBODY in our family gives nothing away for FREE!! I told her I knew lots of GI's that would love to get ahold of her!! If she was going to act like a "hoe", then at least get paid for it! She was only 15 but she sure got the message and cleaned her act up........ Now she's grown with teenage girls and she "sweats it" every day watching them.............Paybacks are pure hell!!

Sex has been a way of survival since the beginning of time, a probably will always be. Now days it goes from Free -to very Expensive. Supply and demand is always gonna be there (right or wrong).

Very well. I will need my brand new pimp mobile washed & waxed weekly, califonia dusted daily, with all expenses including gas documented for tax wright offs and business expenses. I dont want to appear cheap so I definately need a big, compfy gas guzzler and a moderate sports car.
Perhaps a Lamborghini Murcielago for about $270,000.00 and a Rolls-Royce Phantom for around 300 thousand.
