4)Did you choose with your free will who your parents would be? 5)or the day you would be born?
6)Did you use your free will the day you will take your last breath in your world?

7)Does free will (in your world) make people chose to be born with ritardation in your world? & get alzheimers late in life?
8)Do people choose to suffer for years with cancer in your world? 9)Do thousands of people who are brutally tortured for no reason but for some for some sick religious/political mens entertainment, CHOOSE their tortures?

10)Have you chosen all your jobs, or was there also someone else there choosing the one you will get? & the one you will not get? or was it all simply destined to be that way?

11) Did the people of New Orleans choose of their free will to have their city destroyed by Katrina, or is that just in your world they choose it?

I have plenty of proof that religion does not know the difference between faith & fact & has a bad habit of preaching fear & contradictions of faith as if it were fact!

Excuse me, but I am not speculating, agreeing or disagreeing or trying to prove or disprove any faith as any true agnostic knows better- but I will certainly ask hard questions including the forbidden questions since I know they cannot be answered honestly as in (I DONT KNOW) & when it is honest it is rare- that is not a speculation while such promoted religions who claim to have it all, in history, all lack consistency & integrity & we do not have to go very far to see that.

Actually, what I meant is that I am not all knowing. I do not have the answers. I do not know everything. God is too great and too beyond me for me to have a clue. I am humble enough to admit that I do not know the answers and that I do not need to know the answers. Just b/c I can't read the mind of an omniscient being, and I have no clue as to why people have to live through what they do, doesn't mean my beliefs are not true.

I'm not trying to argue with you. You are the only one who seems intent on arguing and questioning the beliefs of others as though because we believe that we should somehow know the answers to everything. I don't need to justify myself or prove my beliefs to anyone, and neither do you. You are free to believe as you want. Maybe I'm wrong, but it almost seems that you are funneling your anger at those of us who do believe, as though our beliefs are somehow responsible for everything bad that happens. The thing is, none of it is about who believes what, it's about the character of those in charge. And unfortunately, too many people in charge of too many too many things have poor character.

I do take issue with your idea of people choosing not to be born with retardation, etc... One of my friend's has a daughter who has retardation issues. The child is happy and so is the family. She has been a joy to them and they are happy to have her. Handicaps, whether physical or mental are not always some horror or curse to people. Many people come to terms with it, unless they are born that way and live very happy lives. It becomes their "normal".

You can take issue all you want about my question of people being born retarded or handicapped as there are millions of others who would like to know as well but please, dont try to make me look like the angry bad guy just because you dont know.

All I did is ask fair questions about your belief...and you dont like it & you don't know why & did not even try to explain any of it. Maybe because it does not add up!

This is what religion does as it attempts to stop the questions. Not having an answer is not a bad thing. Having more questions than answers is also not a bad thing. Asking many questions does not mean someone is angry.

As for me & I will share my belief just as you have, contrary to your belief, I am not so absolute sure as you are, that there is a god that knows everything like you say, as that type of infinite character seems limited in ways that could never know what finite human suffering in it's total finite realm is really about as I would have to wonder if that type of 'supreme' being knows what it is like to be a loving mother & carry twins for nine months & then birth them as the whole earth births night & day.

sisterfunkhaus, You are the one who said all the religious stuff in this about freewill & your god being all knowing & what not, and it was you who first quoted me over a conversation with someone else- quoting me in confrontation- all I did was respond to you with fair & honest questions.

According to your god belief - Does your all knowing god know what it is like to go bankrupt & lose everything?
