    I think Rent-a-Center is a rip off. You will end up paying triple for the furniture than if you went a bought it at a real furniture store. If you have a little every week to make rent a center payments, instead put that cash in an envelope and save it until you can go to a furniture clearance center and get a deal. Then you own it. RAC are also real @$$holes when you are late on even one payment, they want to repo within days.

    Yes, unfortunately, Rooms To Go operates mostly in the SouthEast. You may find a similar chain up in the Ohio Valley.

    rent a center

    ive been thinking of going to rent a center for some furniture since i cant get financing as i am in 13 payments right now.

    any experiances good bad or otherwise? im new to this whole game.
