    Our Future.

I have been reading a lot of news on the internet and the most that is stated is how bleak the promise of the future holds for us, I mean, look at it, this is not just a recession here but its global and there is no recovery in sight, what are we handing to our kids, think about it. 07 my future was bright, everything was going the way I had envisioned, today I am barely getting by and have lost nearly everything apart from my health and goodlooks O;.
Sorry if this offends or makes you feel depressed but what else can I say, this is just my opinion, for those whose time is bright right now living of the misery of others your time is coming, I do not envy you your flashy car or one inch wide gold chain, getting my house for pennies on the dollar and making a fortune on it, I do not envy you but I wish sometimes that I had the foresight that you had. anyway nuff said.
    Thanks for reading my blurtings.

You need to also realize this is history which always has its ups and downs. Look at the time of the Great Depression and then the boom which followed the Great Depression, especially after the war years. Things will rebound but due to the situation of credit being involved (credit cards were not around during the Depression years), there will be major changes as to lending and people will have to learn to live without a few things and change their spending habits to recover and survive. We have all been programmed to buy the best cause it makes you appear to be the best around and be rich and attractive. Image means nothing now after this economic downfall.

The way to survive is do one day at a time, take care of yourself and your family and don't worry about what everyone else on the block is buying/doing. It doesn't matter anymore.

There comes a time in life when you have to realize that there are necessities of life, and then there are luxuries. There are basically 4 categories of necessities:

      1. Food and Water
      2. Shelter
      3. Clothing
      4. Fuel

The first one provides you with the nourishment to go on while the last three protect you from the elements. While there are certainly luxuries within these categories you have to realize that you have to purchase according to your means.

Anything not in those categories is essentially a luxury. Sadly far to many of us today consider the luxuries of yesterday to be the necessities of today. We must collectively learn to live below our means and to save for our own futures so that we can be free.

Greetings Folks. Does anyone remember the Carter years? Mortgage interest 23% inflation and lack of fuel.

This is a lesson being taught that if we are fortunate enough to learn, will benefit by. It is a shame that our monetary situation may just make those who appear well off, candidates for the third story jump as in ’29. ‘Hub
