well, if you have this date for a 341 on (July 20th 09) then he must have filed but I still don't understand what paperwork would be left to 'finish'.

Ok, gotcha. Mine did not go that way but I do understand now. It is possible for a record or two to be needed within that window of time of getting the other class finished. It sounds to me like you are all set and are being a worry wart for nothing

FLBK7. What sets them off to look at something that may be abuse?

In my case, I had what they considered to be an excessive amount of debt. But when they put together my divorce, layoff, dependent college student child still living at home and my neverending battle to get the court=ordered child support payments, the circumstances became clearer to the Trustee and everything went quickly from there on.
