At first I didn't think it sounded like something I would enjoy, my son went through a sim stage but that was before Warcraft came out.

To get the avatar-click on the image so it opens up. Then, right-click on the image and choose 'save picture as' and pay attention to where it saves. (Probably in your documents, under your pictures folder.)

Then, at the top left of the BK window, click on User CP. In the window that opens up, click on Edit Avatar. Click Browse, and then find the image & double click on it. In the BF window click 'Save Changes'.
