    LOL

Man her voice is annoying. The western sky loans ads are incredible. I want to borrow 10,000 and pay back 50,000 thats a riot.

Her voice is annoying. I can't see how she's funding this since she doesn't have any money, but it was also filmed in her bedroom so who knows. Sometimes I can't believe people actually use those payday loan places.

I doubt she's funding anything. What she is advertising is a brokerage-type service for people who need help finding payday loans (which raises the interesting question: who would need help finding a payday loan? You can't throw a brick without hitting a payday loan establishment).

It's not clear whether this is a business that she has started or if she is merely a paid spokesperson.

She comes across as fairly sane -- which is more than could be said of me if I had a dozen chilluns to look out for.
Pay no attention to anything I post. I graduated last in my class from a fly-by-night law school that no longer exists; I never studied or went to class; and I only post on internet forums when I'm too drunk to crawl away from the computer.

I can't imagine anyone would fund her the money to start a business like that. I guess I missed the fact that it was a brokerage.

Years ago when I was in between jobs I took a job at a call center as a last resort. It was for a payday loan company. You had to call the people that defaulted on the loans. I lasted about 3 days. You wouldn't believe how many phone calls are made before they actually get a live voice. It's rare. I also saw their deceptive practices. Even if it was my last resort, I'd never use one of those companies.

exactly, she most likely got $50 dollars and a free hair cut to do the ad LOL! i was somewhat surprised as she seems a tiny bit well spoken. but, from what i do recall she has a degree or so they say, not that that means much. i i think she's just acting as a spokes person for someone's company, who really need to re-visit their marketing strategy!

It's basically just a referral type of site. It's set up sort of the same way as the 'we'll find you the lowest rates on insurance' sites.
You fill out the info and it's sent to the loan sites; then you probably get endless emails from payday loan sites. It's pretty simple web programming actually. She makes money off the referral, most likely when someone confirms the transaction with whatever loan site.

Didn't she recently file for bankruptcy? Hmm, I wonder why? She could just change the site name to "Octomom's fast-track to BK!"

If I remember right, she did. But she didn't follow through with her paperwork in a timely fashion, and the case was dismissed.
