Wonder if it's because schools are out and there's nothing better to do than "poke the bear" on message boards? My two non-bk message boards are seeing an increase in troll traffic as well.

good point, guess they can't afford to drive. Not even much gasoline theft nowadays! these kids really want to be inside. Heck, at 17 back during the gas crunch I'd swallowed alot of gasoline learning to siphon!!!!!! Have you noticed that when you were young kids were scrawny. The fat kid in our class was not even fat by todays standards. I still have all elementary class photos, what a difference. Heck, we played war with our tommie guns from 8 in the morning til night time, breaking for lunch, outside was an adventure. Remember cutting yard to yard and no one caring?????
I'll never forget digging a huge hole (to China) and finding fossils, I mean that was actually fun! We were sort of anticipating what we would find. We may have got to eight feet, not much more. We used to hunt arrowheads and wampum beads like they were candy. Remember going to a construction site and getting boards for a fort, most of the time the men would give you the scraps. It was a different age. I found a guy at the Nashville Museum who remeinded me perfectly of those old days, he was a guide. Wit no class that day he took my boys on a two hour tour just because he had nothing better to do, it was like old Nashville, just having fun because the kids were interested and the guy seemed to enjoy it!

Today's kids/young adults are in a technology and computer era. When I was younger, we were always outside. We didn't sit in front of the computer all day or play video games for hours on end. We also had a pool in our backyard and we were in and out all day long. We'd run around until we were ready to drop and then jump in the pool to cool off. It was great!
These days, I'm amazed at how much time kids/young adults spend playing video games and/or surfing the web all day. My oldest boy is bundle of energy and all he wants to do is play outside, but his playmates just want to be inside playing video games or surfing the web. It's ridiculous.
But anyways.......
WE MUST STOP THE TROLLS! It's bad enough that we had to file BK and it may be quite embarrassing for us to talk about it and the last thing we need is some troller coming here and stirring the pot. I'm with tinroofrusted.....I'm tired of it as well.
