Who it was we were below, where we've been and where we go
I once ran a popular "unreal tournament" pc gaming forum (owned the website, with a VBulletin style forum) and I'll have to admit, it was a pain to moderate at times. But we were nowhere near the popularity and number of members this site has, so I am SO GLAD to see this implemented. More mods were definitely needed.....there was too much for 2 mods and 1 admin.
Great taste in mod choices too.....contrats guys and gals
It looks like this place will be decent to visit and participate in again
I apologize for sinking to the level of the trolls....I'm the way I am here like I am in real life. I have a low tolerance for bullies and people making fun of others and belittling others, especially people who are going through a very bad time in their life (and the last thing they need is a critic when they come here to post, searching for help and support)
This is a VERY welcomed change
When it all boils down to it, its just numbers! Your credit score, your interest rate, your bank account, and your net worth if you're fortunate enough to have one......is your happiness really defined by numbers?
Tin, we scrappers! the temperment of those chosen is perfect and I am glad that there are enough new moderators. I think the choices are excellent and understandable. Even my kids compare me to "Red" from "That 70's Show" although they've never heard me cuss but they still laugh about it.
This is why Executives run Countries. If I ran it, at 9/11 on 9/12 the Arab World would have ceased to exist and protest would have been crushed so violently that there would have been no thought of anymore violence of any kind. That is why cool heads must prevail!!!!

Admittedly, I wouldn't be a good choice, even though it's hard for me to admit this.
The red hair thing causes me some issues at times!
BUSY running my own credit repair services! Sorry I don't stop in so often any more!
Answer from the FAQ's.
Moderators oversee specific forums. They generally have the ability to edit and delete posts, move threads, and perform other manipulations. Becoming a moderator for a specific forum is usually rewarded to users who are particularly helpful and knowledgeable in the subject of the forum they are moderating.
As for trolls, well, they usually come aboard and make negative remarks, start arguements, put others down.........basically........they stir up trouble. Moderators may also have the power to ban members that continue to break the forum rules and also ban the trolls.
No. We are not watching you.
Just a note: The Administrator also has the same powers.
