Need help with Landlord /Tennent issues

We know a young couple with FIVE children--yes, FIVE--that are being put out of their home tomorrow, even though the rent is paid up through April 10. As far as we know there has been no proper eviction proceedings done. What recourse might they have? They also are financially strapped as well.

    Thanks

Why so early? Doesn't matter really just curious. Landlord sounds like a jerk. Possible to call the non emergency number at your sheriff's office and ask if they can enforce staying through the 10th (if you have paperwork that can prove they have until the 10th?)

They need to contact an attorney. Perhaps an attorney who can earn his/her fees from defending the action.

Also, contact DOACS, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, tomorrow morning. Their phone number is 1-800-HELP-FLA
