There is hope at the end of the tunnel 4 yrs ago exactly facing foreclosure leaving our home Filing CH 13 bankruptcy. Had to move into a tiny house to rent. Turned down for a mortgage in spring but in September got bankruptcy discharge papers & found a lender who was willing to work with us & listen to our story. Today we are the proud home owners of a 30 yr mortgage at a 6% rate not bad for being discharged 1 month after a 36 month ch 13 .
It took struggling doing without at times but it is worth it . Stick to it don't give up . For all the people who ask we got thru this with 3 children now ages 12 ,9 & 4 . So they didn't wear designer they now have a nice home & realize the value of a $ Good luck to all of you Pedsrn85
