it's been really a dream come true...we were soooooo down and out the past 2 years...just trying to hold it together...it was a real test of faith for us...and now the fact our daughter also got such an excellent job!! all within a few hours one's life can truly change....

although...getting this house was a 6 month process and negotiations....but it worked!!

YES....exactly dneil....although we are doing this "legal" with a mortgage instrument....payments monthly...deed transfer ect.....

forget the banks!!!! they can KEEP their money! and thanks..
