thanks SG!!!!!! we are so excited to be able to "own" again....and not that it's the house of my dreams...but its the one that i can afford until our dying days...don't really like to put it that way, but that's the way we had to look at it.
it just feels great that we will have something today...........we had a really good day finally today!! our daughter got a job...we got the house....i broke a tooth...LOL!!!

well, i always say where there is a will there most certainly is a way..........( please note the dates i listed for our filing have been changed.... to think i'm protecting something??? or another).....
we close on this house February 15th and it's ours!!!!!!!
all the contracts for the sale were completed today and we are doing a 5% owner financing...we are dealing directly with the owner of the property...no closing cost other than what i have to pay the title search co. and other essentials (also i have done enough closings that drawing up the mortgage agreement is easy and the seller can have his atty review it all) no banks to deal with....it's a cost saving measure and a win win for both of us. i have already spoken with the owners atty while the contract was in review and we are good to GO!!!
of course there are tons more details but the point is, it's ours!
