I have a question...
I just checked my free credit report with equifax .. all good debt that was paid was left as pays as agreed...
all 4 mortgages say INCLUDED IN BANKRUPTCY
only debt is car payment...
I had 3 student loans from Sallie Mae that i co-signed for a friend but those also say INCLUDED IN BANKRUPTCY. does this mean that i am not liable for these student loans?

Nope, your credit report has ABSOLUTE NO LEGAL BEARING on the collectability of a debt. Your credit report is NOT a legally binding document.
