    Newly filed :)

Hi all, hubby and I filed 11/21 and I'm pretty excited. Crazy right? Well this will be our third try in 7 years and I'm confident this time will work. The first time I lost my job and our case was dismissed. The second time we didn't have a good handle on our budget but this time I think everything's going to work out. I'll just be glad to get back on track.

Definitely pulling for you! May I ask what has been so difficult the previous times? Are you doing it yourself or did you have a lawyer?

Thanks for the support! Well like I said originally, the first time I lost my job then the second time was a combination of a bad lawyer plus we (my husband) couldn't get a handle on our budget. I feel really good this time though. Payments are flowing and our 341 meeting was yesterday. We're on our way!

Awesome! It's a learning curve for sure, but I for one will never forget the lessons. Its gonna come in handy on a fixed income in retirement in a few years!
