    Question re ndc site

At the end of a long chapter 13, last disbursement to creditors just went out. Is there a way on the ndc site to see if the creditors checks have cleared? The way I understand it is: once the checks have all cleared the trustee will start the final report. Was told by trustees office if a check hasn't cleared in 60 days they will re issue another one, start the 60 days again. So it could be a very long wait!

From what I remember, there is no way to tell. You can tell when a check is returned because it's credited back as a returned check.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

Do you have access to 13Netowrk (your trustee'a tracking site). We had access to that and were able to track the checks that cleared the account (it updates once a month when they do their bank reconcilatins). It's interesingt about the 60 day info you were given. In WA state if the checks don't clear after 90 days, the money is turned over to the court so the trustee can finish the process. The creditor than has to go to the court to claim the money (they have an unclaimed checks account).
      Filed Chapter 13 - 07/20/12
      Discharged 8/2/16
