Unfortunately my attorney doesnt really do anything for me now, except ask for more money. I was hoping someone on here could explain this to me

How much do I have left to pay

    Interest Due $ 0.00 $46.82 $0.00 $0.00
    Monthly Payment $1,214.80 $313.78 $0.00 $0.00
    Collateral $ 0.00 $0.00 $0.00 $0.00

I believe that these numbers on 13network are off.

When I first filed I had my monthly rental included in the plan. My payment was 1214 a month.

6 months we moved out and the payment was dropped to 432.00a month

I think I may have figured out on my own. This is so frustrating. I am paying on vehicles and nothing else, and I cant even drive them.

Just make the monthly payments by payroll deduction each month and they sit broken down.

how long was your plan for and how much longer do you have to go? I hear ya about the vehicle issue. I tried to find a lender to work with me. I am amazed others have found someone that would help them out. I found NO ONE that would even talk to me while I am still in the chapter 13. I need about 2500 in repairs on a car not even worth that amount unless I get it fixed.

        60 months I believe....under Old Law

I did some math and it looks as if I should have 16 months to go, with what is left.

        Filed 10/2004, confirmed 1/2005.

Pretty sure I owe just 0ver $7,000. I asked about paying this off early, and attorney's office said if I paid off early, I would owe like 15,000$

If I could do it all over again I would just have filed Chapter 7

Call your attorney's office and request a print out from the Court as to your Plan. It is much more easier to comprehend. We were provided one quarterly without asking. It will show a complete breakdown as to what is owed and what has been paid in to each creditor and to the Trustee (remember the Trustee has a fee in there and has to be paid also). Five year plans are hard. Especialy when it comes to vehicles aging and repair costs, or home repairs. Buying out is an option if you are able to do it but that is something you would have to go over with your attorney since your entire financial situation will have to be reviewed and you will need to have the funds to be able to buy out.
