Hi all,
Sorry if this has been addressed - I am really confused. On Line 9 of Schedule J - Recreation, clubs and entertainment, newspapers, magazines, etc. - what is reasonable expense?
My attorney has said ZERO in that line for a Chapter 13. She said it will raise questions. I live in Pennsylvania. I was thinking around $150 - we do belong to several military veteran's clubs, would still like to buy grandchildren gifts every now and then, maybe even go out for dinner once a month? Those aren't allowed in a Chapter 13?
Any help would be appreciated.

... The bad part about that scenario is I would rather smoke then eat sometimes !!!! Also, since everyone seems to be on the bandwagon to send all the smokers to a special island I figure my luck would be that the trustee will be one of those people
