So my ex has his 341 trustee would not ok confirmation hearing until he redid his schedules.
His confirmation hearing is schedules for Nov. 19th.
So my question is this what now.
He has made no effort to redo them yet.
So will he have another 341 hearing ( he missed a secured creditor)
also if not will he still have the hearing the 19th if its done before then.
Also what if he does not do it at all will they just dismiss that case all together.

yes, most likely the trustee will dismiss his case if he failed to produce what the court has asked.
if it gets dismissed the automatic stay gets lifted and the creditors are freed up to come after your ex.

Ok so basiclly he has up until the confirmation hearing to redo his schedules?
It just seems so weird that they have not been redone yet.

Attorneys are notorious for doing things at the last minute.

What are the reasons why the schedules need to be "redone"? Math errors, omissions, material misstatements?
