    Chapter 13 Confirmation Hearing............

is next Monday. Attorney told us at 341 that there was no reason for us to attend.
    Should I still go?
Havent received anything about complaints or anything.

As long as there are no issues, there is no reason for you to attend. With the number that they do, I think most are a rubber stamp, yes/no/postpone. The info will be updated on Pacer.

    20 payments made!
    Discharged 5/2015

If your attorney said you don't need to go, don't go. Depending on the local rules, your attorney may not even have to go.

Filed Chap 13 April 2010. Discharged May 2015.
$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!

We were curious about the confirmation hearing so our lawyer said we could come along with him. Frankly it was a boring two hours with the lawyers all chumming around with each other and the cases flying by taking about 30 seconds for the judge to officially confirm each one for the record.

They left the cases with unresolved objections for last (that's the group we were in). The judge noted that there were three objections that could not be resolved, we weren't confirmed, and the trustee and our lawyer needed to file briefs by a specific date supporting their legal positions and a court date would be set. That was it. Same thing would have happened if we were there or not, and we had objections to our case. You don't have any.

Seriously, unless your lawyer says you have to attend the confirmation hearing, spend the time working on your budget instead. It's a far more productive use of your time.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
