Paid of the last of my debts thru my plan last October
Still have not recieved a final report or a dismissal
Is it mormal for 3 months to pass and not hear a word?

Have you contacted your lawyer? I would call a few times a day until they answer you.

There is no point in being a pest until your lawyer makes it necessary. Because this is not an emergency, I suggest giving your lawyer 2 or 3 days to return your call. You have to pay an attorney a lot of money to be at your beck and call.

My lawyer prefers a brief email. I usually send it early in the morning so it is the first thing she sees when she cuts on the computer.

Yes I have talked to my lawyer (his assistant) they say there is not a whole lot they can do
to hurry along the trustee's office or the courts. I called & E-mailed the closing dept at the
trustee's office. They dont return phone calls or E-mails.

I would suspect that they aren't going to either. If your attorney didn't indicate that this was unusual then I'd just sit tight and wait.

Good News! I e-mailed the trustees office and got a reply this morning
One of my debtors was overpaid $103 and they have been trying to get
this money back. Thats what the delay is all about. They are mailing out
a letter today to my employer to stop payments to the trustee Yea!

Nice work, kiheimer! It's too bad that your own lawyer decided he/she couldn't do the very same thing you did. Glad to hear contacting your trustee yourself worked out for you - very often it doesn't. Great to hear about an exception for a change!
