    Yes DMC that is correct. If you're less than 100% and someone doesn't claim, that money gets given to the creditors who did claim.

        Yes. But in some cases, the amount of debt for which creditors don't file claims is enough to enable the debtor to pay 100% of the filed claims earlier than the length of the originally submitted plan.
