Any complications in filing a Joint Bankruptcy with a Separated Spouse?

Suppose I live apart from my spouse, but we decided to file together, are there any complications? Anything I need to be aware of?

The last two years of income taxes we did together, even though only he had income.

    Thank you

The only complication is if you divorce and need to bifurcate the case later. In that event, most people end up just converting to separate Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases and getting the discharge.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
