I agreed to leave 1 car off the bk, mortgage, 1 motorcycle. Everything is showing included in the bk. What's up with that, after discharge will it go to show current again? And do all late payments get dropped or does the accounts even included in the bk still show late payments?

I assuming that by "leave off the [bankruptcy]" as you are paying these outside the plan. I say that because everything must be included in the bankruptcy.
These will still be listed as including in bankruptcy (IIB) because they are! They will not go back to current and your payment history will not be reported. The creditors do not want to violate the automatic stay or the permanent discharge injunction.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

Well that's crap so now won't have any accounts to build credit back, was hoping my truck and mortgage would build my credit back up. And what I mean by past deliquncies staying in the report like it I had a 60 days delinquent 4 months ago. I filed Feb 28 but lawyer kept putting it off so I stopped paying in September so ally accounts would show past due of 90 to 120 days before the dischargeLast edited by Pavetim; 05-09-2025, 03:14 PM.

I would never worry about rebuilding credit when you just filed bankruptcy. It will come. Trust me. When you get discharged your mailbox will be filled with all sorts of preapproval offers. Why? Because they know you can't file bankruptcy again and have $0 in debt!
As for past due items, they should be replaced with an IIB and $0 balance. You could dispute them if you like and mark them as IIB.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
