    On Pacer...

I have read that many cases say " Awaiting discharge". Where do you see this on Pacer?

Should be in the Status field on the Case Summary.

    Pending Status: Awaiting Discharge
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

The use of the Status and Flags fields do vary by District, unfortunately. Even the use of certain Flags vary.

However, it would be real odd, in my opinion, that there was no "Pending Status" or "Status" field on the "Case Summary" screen.

Will it say Awaiting discharge when things are going smoothly? Just trying to figure out some warning sign if my case is getting reviewed to lose Ch 7 status!

          Thanks

It should ALWAYS read "Awaiting Discharge" Unless and until it actually discharges.

Mine reads Awaiting Discharge and Awaiting Confirmation. However, it's just awaiting my actual confirmation order. I'm already confirmed.
