Moved from FL 8/07 to AZ (community property state)
My spouse wants to file Chapter 7 and I do not.
We do not meet the residency requirements in AZ until October.
How can he file at this time? We would prefer not to be considered filing in a Community property state.
Can he file under FL and CC debt not be considered community debt?
