341 yesterday. pacer today says "hold open"

Pacer says "hold open for document review" and it was "undetermined"....where do I find on Pacer what document they need or are they jsut reviewing other docs...could it be that I went brain dead on my income when he asked (I get draw plus commission) and I stated more that what was on my petition? All my paystubs verufy the amount on the petition....or what???? Any ideas...Im freaking out now...

the hold open is for determining whether we are an asset case or non asset case......we have no assets...maybe our sons bank acct?

but my flags still say MEANSNO...and awDSCH......

under the UST trustee action for 707b is says NO ACTION REQUIRED

did the trustee give you back your tax return/paystubs?

in my district, the trustee gives them back at the end of the 341. i don't know about your district. did you see if others got theirs back?

maybe if they didn't give it back, they want to review them, given the apparent discrepancy between what you said at the 341 and the petition. however, in that case you shouldn't worry because the paystubs speak for themselves.

this is somewhat unusual i think (i searched this forum for "hold open" and couldn't find anything relevant). perhaps ask your attorney?

They are probably just verifying your paystubs. Have you called your lawyer and asked?

Flags on PAcer still say AWDisch,Reaf, and Meansno....

Docket shows 341 held and concluded....

UNder my "status" section is says "pending statuses" awaiting discharge with the day countdown....

Still says pending asset or no asset hold open for doc review......

Lawyer is on vacation ....ugh

I am assuming the asset he may be looking at is our sons bank account....making sure we didnt move $1182 from our account to his to protect it from the BK....

Have not gotten anything in mail and under the "action for US Trustee 707b" it still says no action required..

The main Judge approved my wifes reaffirmation on her car so I am assuming everything is moving along ok...just pending outcome of sons account????

I wish I knew....any place on Pacer show what they are looking at??

Thought I heard there was 10 days after the 341 for the trustee to take action...or something like that....

The UST has 10 business days after your 341.

Does your lawyer have a paralegal that you can call?
