List Midland Funding, but if you want to be certain and safe, you can list Providian too (providian doesn't exist anymore though, they got taken over by Washington Mutual, which got taken over by Chase, so no real reason to list both them and Midland) You might find a Chase line item on your credit reports for the Providian account. Make sure to list that too.

Taxes before 2006 get listed with the rest of your dischargeable debts.
You can't take a picture of this. It's already gone. ~~Nate, Six Feet Under

Sidetrack a little bit here. I hope (actually WANT) someone will take over Chase I'm sorry, no intent to hijack your thread here, DZ.

yes...put them both...i.e. american express listed us 4 times.....we had two cards....and it looked like we have 4 accounts...we listed them ALL....

so i would list the creditor and their reps...

just to help you relax a bit...the trustee office question why our unsecured debt was so high...i said it's NOT...but at least 6 of our creditors are listed twice...so we are listing them twice so that they cannot come back and say they were not listed...so there!!

logic tells me...what if i didn't list it the way it appears on the credit report that is being distributed all over this world...well then i get discharged and they come after me saying you didn't list this or that...the trustee's office seem to understand.
