It is offical...today 11/23/2010 my papers have been filed and I have started down the road of BK...on to the 341..keep you all up to date

3 minutes total in and out...no further questions and no one showed up to protest...So I guess now I just wait and send them a copy of the 2010 tax returnes...YEAH its kinda over and things feel a little better...THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!!! For your support and knowledge

Just spoke to my ATTY and they are looking for stuff with a cash value...it is a term life policy with no cash value unless she dies...so unless shes gets hit by a buss sometime soon...Im good...Thanks again to every one

I did send their office a copy of the plan (trustee)...I just went back and looked over my paper work and found that the plan was not listed with the paper work I submitted with my atty....I am trying to reach him now (atty) to take about it and fix the issue before it becomes one.....dont wnat to take any chances

I am worried that I answered a question wrong though...they asked if I was in a will, things along that line...never said the words life insurance policy though...So I said not to my knowledge....should I have said that I am the benny to a life insurance policy? Cant remember the question word for word...but I did send them a copy of the policy....second guessing myself the whole way

That was the perfect answer "not to my knowledge"
Being a benny to a life insurance policy doesn't make any difference. You don't KNOW what is going to happen in the future !
I think they are looking for a situation where you may be inheriting from someone who you know doesn't have alot of time left. BTW. the 6 months for any inheritance is from the day of filing. (also for winning the lottery)

You will do fine. Just be sure you know where to go. If you haven't been to the building, take a drive this afternoon and scope out any potential road construction problems. Know where the parking spaces are and if there are meters. If there are, be sure to carry change with you and feed them to the max.

Get a good night's rest if you can, and leave plenty early in order to avoid traffic problems.

Well tomorrow is the big day...I keep thinking that I will forget to bring my SS card..I have already been told that will cause major issues...and more money from my atty....All the stress of this and the holiday season ends at 1pm Monday the 27th...at least after tomorrow I will know something and the waiting will be over

Just glad that I keep good records...It was all here and I was able to make copies and print all the statments from my banks website...hour or so maybe 2 and i was complete..
