Interesting how each player has their own set of rules they go by. We filed Nov 8th.

Amex sent us notices within the first week of filing that our accounts were closed due to BK, we have two accounts with them and received one notice from each account about two days apart.

We have a fraud alert set up for my husband with equifax due to some things happening in January and the loss of his personnel file from the state he is retired from. Equifax has notified us that the bk hit the next day after filing onto our credit report, and then it notified us that the bk hit transunion and experian by the next week.

Wells Fargo reported to equifax that we were in bk our account was now 0 balance, IIB and nothing else.
Amex has not reported anything yet.

This morning Discover, who is one of the only ones we did not owe money to, informed me through email that our online access was being shut off and they were sending all future info by mail.

I am waiting on chase, two cards with them, and BOA credit card to see when they update, but of course those are my cards and they do not have any monitoring on them, so I am waiting to see if we get something in the mail.

My BOA mortgage has been cutoff online, but I mailed them a check for the payment last week and it cleared the bank and I received my online notice from BOA that they received my payment, which was nice of them to do.

    Hi fatjay,

It will be bank statements, tax returns, other financial documents. Here is a link to an AZ trustee to give you a feel for you might get (remember all trustees are different so what they want might be different)

    Happy Thanksgiving!
