341 is set for Monday December the 27th......Atty said to keep a look out for a letter from them requesting information or documents...

any ideas on what that may be??

Already feels like a big load has been lifted...still dealing with the guilt of doing it though...all that good credit is gone and that work was for nothing...though I have learned many lessons along the way...having a do over...well they only come along once if you're lucky.....I WILL NOT WASTE IT!!!

It is offical...today 11/23/2010 my papers have been filed and I have started down the road of BK...on to the 341..keep you all up to date

After speaking to my atty...he says that there is a place to list property that has been transfered...we will list it they will ask about it and then move on...seems to think there is nothing to it...I think thats due to the fact that we can show it in both our names no equity and that fact that the process was started before the BK...and we got a big time cut in the intrest rate...

the car is currently in both our names...we were in the middle of doing a refi when I got sued...my girlfirend did the refi in her name only also there is no equity in the car hence no asset

Aren't you concerned about transferring property? It seems like that's going to raise a lot of flags.

'fatjay' you have been around long enough to know. Please explain this car "out of my name" thing. This is VERY traceable and when you file and go to a 341, you will be under oath (as well as your forms are) and this becomes a felony if you perjure yourself. I hope you can clear this one up. I am in the final days of waiting to file..just waiting to get a car out of my name as some you know and then I will file..Looking at early next week with any luck...Ill keep everyone posted..
