Trustee sent me back my state tax return check...200 bux so thats cool

March 1st and alls quiet on the western front...nothing yet

Nothing to report as of yet...thinking any time now though....meeting with the trustee was Nov 23rd

received a Visa CC today...only 400 limit but what can you expect...$75 first year fee and $99 annual fee after that...the bill it monthly....not the best but its a start are the rebuilding process....credit one....looks oddly like capitol one....in print and logo....

no letter of discharge as of yet

update....spoke to the bank...they have no intention of doing a repo if Im current...just way more strick and will repo if im more then 30 days late....so i will not sign...just in case...yeah!!

Looks like I must reaffirm my auto loan or they will repo even though I am current...going to try and get them to 1% on the loan though

Then all I have left to do is get my letter and them them my 2010 tax return and I am done and done!!!!!

My atty and I do not communicate well...he did his job and seems to have done it right but he doesnt keep up on his emails and I hate the phone....owell...its over!!

The part about no distribution and get me outta here by the trustee is why you do the happy dance!

That is the value of your estate. Mine was above that because we have 2 houses and 2 cars with one house going back. It is your entire estate. Basically, what everything you have is worth. No worries. He has abandoned your property and at discharge/close, he no longer has a claim on it.

Not really...going to call my atty today and ask...though it seems that is the sum total of all my debt...CC law suite and home and auto...I just thought that you could make the auto and home exempt...IDK...Ill post again after I talk to him

still nothing to report..although after looking through my papers I found a letter from the lien holder of my truck wanting me to reafirm the auto...LOL...already read that thread...I check with my atty and asked if we did that...he said they want you to sign it...but you didnt...without a sig it is useless....not sure what his opinion is he didnt give me one...he already knows mine...so i guess that is a closed topic

I do have to send them a copy of my 2010 return and the refund if I get one....SUCK....o well cant have it all...
