Sounds like she knows she will lose her ridiculous case and then be scorned by other greedy FL trustees. this way they can keep their scam going on others who don't have your fortitude. Great news for you and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it all becomes reality next week.Comment

yes!!!the united states trustee, by and through his undersigned counsel, hereby withdraws the united states trustee’s motion to dismiss chapter 7 case pursuant to 11 u.s.c. § 707(b)(1) and (b)(2), filed september 7, 2010 (docket no. 15).
Now we're waiting for that blessed discharge status!!Ch 13 filed 06/22/09. Dismissed,thankfully, 03/31/10. Ch 7 filed 06/28/10. 341 07/29/10. UST POA 08/06/10. UST mot to dismiss hearing extended to Dec...Feb...March...May...Aug. UST withdrawal of dismissal filed 05/31! DISCHARGED 07/12/2011!Comment
