    Got my 341 date!

    I also found out who my trustee is. Is there a way I can search if this trustee is a stickler or not?

    And when do I take the post credit class? Do I take it before the 341 or after?

    by the time we had our 341 both our classes were done. we did ours on line. because remember they are a two part course which must be completed.

    i know the trustee was happy that we had completed both parts and she mentioned it.

      Great Freddy (it's about time)LOL. You can take the post class online for about 35 bucks. Both hubby and wife can take it together same price. At least we did. You must tell them it is both or you will only get one certificate. Each person gets a certificate. NOW, you're on your way. 'Hub

        I did a google search on my Trustee....found out he was an Author, head of the Bar, on all kinds of Boards and all kinds of other stuff....it was intimidating...LOL...congrats on getting your 341 date!

        I took my class post 341 for $15.00 or something cheap like that...

              I filed myself on the 14th and got my 341 date of August 23rd. Good luck to you!

                Does it matter if your trustee is a stickler or not? After all....... you are.

                  Wahoo Freddy. Will be here before you know it. Also, you can take your pre-class at ConsumerBankrutpcyCounseling.info for 5.00, I used it, real simple. Just make sure it covers your state!!!!! Do before your 341 of course. Post course, for 13.95 AcademyofFinancialLiteracy.com is a good one too. These are the cheapest I have found with the exception of some free ones I saw folks found.

                    LOL Yeah I guess it doesn't matter. I'm an over the median filer so I guess I'll be looked at more closely anyway.
