Well...everything is blowing up in Mckmama land.

Watch out folks....she's threatening a lawsuit!

Except...she's made this threat before...and asked via Twitter (per her "attorney" according to her) that folks stop talking about her.

I can't tell if she is really that stupid, arrogant or self delusional. Looks like the trustee is going after her with the full force of the law which is a good thing.

The two big lessons: 1) ALWAYS be honest in all public dealings (and in this case with your self) and 2) keep your financial information to yourself or just a few trusted friends/family.

I mean, she SHOULD, but I wonder if the judge will pursue this to the full extent.

If not him, then she has to worry about the IRS.

But yet, her FB page is all rainbows and unicorns! "Peace like a river..."

Woooooow!

I remember following her blog when her little boy was having some health issues. I thought it was crazy that she referred to her family like McDonalds food items (Small fry, Nugget, etc.) and then randomly she started calling one of her kids by his name. For some reason, that's why her blog sticks in my head lol.

I've done some scanning of all of this and what a mess![/I] Wow.

I just read this thread and can't believe anyone would have the audacity to do this in a bk filing! My mind is spinning in circles! I do feel sorry for her kids too as they are innocent in all this. It did remind me that I forgot to put my Paypal account on my paperwork so will do that Tuesday at the appointment. I haven't had a balance in months and there is nothing in there now. I just plain forgot about it! This is a case of social media going to the extremes!

UPDATE: The Trustee filed an AP against McKMama & hubby!!

From the Complaint:

WHEREFORE, the Bankruptcy Trustee respectfully requests that the Court issue an
Order granting the following relief:

1. Denying the debtors a discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 727 (a)(2)(B), (a)(3)
and (a)(4).

2. Granting the plaintiff a judgment against the debtor in the amount of $3,360- the
value of the undisclosed PayPal and Google accounts and the trailer sold postbankruptcy
filing. The plaintiff also requests a judgment against the debtors for
the value of any other undisclosed assets yet to be discovered and proven at trial.

3. For such other and further relief that is just and proper.

Some interesting snips:

In the statement of financial affairs the co-debtor disclosed her 2011 self-employment income as $55,000, when she knew at the time she filed her bankruptcy that her gross income from self-employment was approximately $148,000.

The trustee, upon information and belief, alleges that the co-debtor has manipulated her income downward during the two month period prior to her bankruptcy filing. She switched off ads on her website/domain to manipulate and lower ad revenue from her website, from which she drew income. Since the debtors’ bankruptcy filing, those ads have been turned back on and the co-debtor is again earning money from those ads.

If I had received a letter like that from our BK Trustee, you'd have to pull me out of a corner where I would be rocking back and forth and sobbing.

I don't feel sorry for fibbers and cheats. I do feel sorry for their 5 young children.
