Usually, the debtor's attorney sends required documents to the trustee before the 341 or instructs their client to send the documents.

Filed Chap 13 April 2010. Discharged May 2015.
$143,000 in debt discharged for $36,500, including attorneys fees. Money well spent!

that's exactly what also happened in our case. everything went prior to the 341. i remember i didn't believe the atty about the cash on hand and brought a suitcase current of everything/s with me...especially the bank statements as i thought the trustee wanted to see that months statement, but she didn't want to see anything that wasn't already submmited by the law firm when the actually filed.

we just brought our id's with us...i don't think we were asked for our ss cards, i can't remember it was a while ago!

i have to ADD THIS: we were asked about money that we had in the bank on the day of 341...how much we had in the bank....NOT from the day we filed but on the actual day of our 341.

although, once again, nothing had changed. but i remember my atty answering saying $150. (not me).
