You put down your actual or expected expenses. Be willing and able to prove the expense and necessity if it is questions.

A question... Are these expenses critical to your passing the test for a Ch 7 vs a Ch 13?

  • Question on Calculating Medical, Dental and Vision Expenses

I'm need to list line-by-line my Medical, Dental and Vision Expenses for the Means Tests Chapter 7.

Things like new contacts, glasses and co-pays are easy to list, but I had a few questions:

    - If I spent $1,000 last year on medical out of pocket, but only spent $100 this year, how do I calculate my monthly expense for out of pocket?
    - I'm planning on going to counseling and doing vision therapy monthly, but haven't started. Can I put this down as monthly expense?
    - What are some other expenses I can add to my medical, dental and vision expenses?

    Thanks.
