Just curious, how nice is it?, what city? What was the purchase price? Did you buy it in the primary market or secondary market? How much equity in it?
We inherited a floating two week timeshare in Cabo San Lucas Mexico that was $27,000 new. The pool is one of those infinity pools that are extremely desireable from what I have heard. We love the place especially the water bar that you swim up too and being in the pool at sunset is unbelivable, looks like your swiming in the ocean if your head is real low in the pool. Have no idea what the thing is worth it is a 50 year lease timeshare, 14 years have been consumed and association dues capped at $550 a year.
girl, you and me are like oil and water, but I still think you got a great house.
Now tell me how those pictures work. Again, great house and thanks for the lively debate on the boobs, I think I got what I needed out of that thread, and more than what I bargined for.
again, nice house, kitchen looks fine, get a new stove it will perk it up!!!
You need to host your pictures to another site, like www.photobucket.com and then use the code they give you.
holly cow, is that why that doesn't work ever for me????????????? I am active on a gardening site, hosted by this vbulletin that is why my pics don't work ever.
I never new that???
I knew I had read something on time shares and finally found it.
This was from a trustee manual on filling out forms:
Timeshare interests should be listed on Schedule G unless deeded interest is owned, in which case list on Schedule A (real property). If unsure if deeded, list on both schedules.
