hmm.... this has got me thinking. i have been planning to file soon, as in within the next few months... i was thinking before the end of the year, but this is making me wonder if i should wait until middle of next year to lessen the chance they will want my tax refund. i really don't know how much i'd be getting since i only worked Jan-May this year, and if i understand correctly they won't touch the portion that is considered related to child tax credit or whatever it's called. i wonder if i should just have my SO claim our daughter on his tax return and just see what happens with mine. i really have no problem putting off filing but i just got the Nolo book and i have learned so much on this forum that i want to get it over with!Monica
planning to file Ch. 7 - soon!

taxes...
do you have a home? our property taxes will be $6,000 when it comesOriginally posted by newdayI was extended until I turned over my taxes and the forms, but they didn't keep it because it was too small. It was less than $20, but I didn't manipulate my taxes, last year I had to pay over $200. still waiting for discharge and close though.
due, I have no clue how we are going to pay it...
if we file bk 7 now, will they consider the $6,000, even
though it is not due until the end of the year.
Thanks
